Content marketing is a great way to show your target audience that your brand is trustworthy.

But while creating content yourself can definitely be an effective strategy, sometimes people need to hear from a more independent source.

That’s where online review sites come in handy.

Review sites work as valuable tools for consumers wanting to know exactly what it’s like doing business with you.

However, Yelp has recently taken the online review business a step further by allowing users to make reservations at restaurants directly through it’s site.

Yelp Reservations is free of charge and sends out text message reminders, as well as allowing users to make changes to a reservation by text.

The new feature is designed to bring small or new restaurants more business and also give Yelp an edge over the competition.

Although this feature is only currently available in North America and the UK, it should hit Australia sometime soon.
